In most cases products will be processed and shipped in 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST. All orders placed on the Weekend or Holidays will be processed the next business day.
Custom Made Products (i.e., custom seat covers, dashcovers, berber floor mats, etc..) are shipped 1-3 weeks after orders are received.
Do not be concerned if items in your order arrive in separate packages. For quicker delivery, we ship from multiple warehouses throughout the country. NOTE: This may cause a delay in your receiving one part of your order.
If you have not received your entire order (with the exception of custom made products) within 7 working days and cannot find your tracking information online, please call our customer service number at 866-516-1242 (M-F 9:30AM to 6:00PM - EST) or email us at service@DealerStore.net so we can check on the status of your order.
